Empowering neurodiverse adults to build confidence & real-life social skills—with coaching & workshops

Our Workshop

People sitting at a wooden table in a meeting or discussion, with notebooks and pens in front of them.
Our 16-week social skills workshop, using the evidence-based curriculum PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is designed to help neurodiverse adults (21+) master real-world social skills and feel comfortable in a variety of social settings. Sessions focus on practical skills for friendships, dating, and everyday interactions. We take a whole-person approach—creating a safe, supportive space for growth—and involve parents/caregivers, siblings or close friends as social coaches, providing them with weekly tools, training, and guidance to help reinforce progress at home.
